No interleague play while enabled

I'm in the second season of a fictional league. Interleague play has been enabled both seasons, but no interleague games have been scheduled.

Files have been sent over in "promoReleg04242018"

Doe the schedule in use have interleague games in it. Does it have ILY as part of the naming convention like this example.

It has been a long time since I have changed my league schedule but I think the op will need to go into league functions, select schedules in the middle of the page, clear the current schedule and tell it to create a new schedule. But it has been a couple years since I changed my schedule.
