Not sure how OOTP can justify this one

It's June 2013 in my Red Sox dynasty. Cardinals have the best record in the MLB. And suddenly I get a news email saying that St. Louis just fired Mike Matheny as manager.

Usually I try to justify AI decisions when they don't make a lot of sense to me, but I just had to rip the computer plug out of the wall when I saw this happen.

It's happened in real life before, but it should be less common in OOTP than it is.
