November 1st Crash

Hello all. I am repeatedly getting a crash in a custom game on November 1st. Tried reinstalling but to no avail. Any ideas?

Check all the rosters to make sure there are enough players dressing.

What options are you setting up the custom game with (league size, etc.)? I'll see if I can get it to happen, too, otherwise we may need the save to investigate it.

I set it up with a 30 team league, 4 divisions, pretty much mirroring the NHL. I've only made a handful of edits, team names, a few players, and league names.

It sims through 2 of the 3 "status bars, but on the 3rd go it gets to 99% and crashes.

Any help would be great. Thanks for taking the time.

I was able to get to November 2 with that setup. It did take a while to get through the 1st, but there are some routines that clean up the non-playable rosters on that date, so that's likely the reason. So the crash you're getting must be something specific to that save. Could you upload it for us to have a look?

There are instructions for ftp'ing files to us at this link . Or, if you prefer, just use a commerical file-sharing site (I used Mediafire.com last week to share a long-term save with the testing team and it worked well, less of a registration hassle there than other sites) and then PM me the link to it.

I play it this way and never a problem.
