1961 Hall of Fame Ballot League Home - Hall of Fame - League History Two rules are now being enforced by the PBRL Hall of Fame: (1) There is now a five year waiting period before any retired player can be placed on the ballot and (2) a player is only eligible for the 20 years following their retirement. 10 vote maximum, anyone can vote. 2) Didn't remember that Thorogood came back from retirement, and didn't realize cato records his second stint as a seperate Thorogood. Therefore, he is actually ineligible for this ballot and has been removed. 3) Upchurch's win total has been fixed. Nice catch. 4) For those too lazy to look, Casey did have 9 years in the PBRL, however. So pretty close. |
