STEAM and Pre-Order

Hey everyone,


I have OOTP 20 with Steam. I would love to pre-order now to get in on the 3 day pre-launch. Would I be screwing myself but not going through Steam again?

No problems, when you buy the game from our webstore you can add it manually to your Steam library later. Granted, that won't get you the Steam auto-update feature, but it will give you the good feeling that you have supported us with a bigger cut of the retail price (Steam takes a 30% fee, our webstore less than 10%).

Markus I had no idea! I will be preordering direct now. This is the best game I've ever played. And that's no lie. I tell everyone about it.


How do I update when I download the game directly?

We post about updates in this forum and also notify via in-game news. Then it's simply downloading the new setup file, install it over the existing installation and that's it. Very simple
