MLB minimum salary bug

Seeing an issue in our online league file where players who were signed to MiLB deals and then added to MLB roster at a later date are not having their contract upgraded to the league minimum. Same thing with players selected in Rule 5 or minor league guys being added to the 40 man in our league. It's weird.

Can provide screen shots if necessary. I'm on the most recent version of OOTP (before the BETA release tonight).
