How Can I Create More 200+ Inning Pitchers?

I would like for my league to have more dominant starters. Their ends up being only something like 1-3 200+ inning pitchers each season and I'd like for there to be a bit more. What do you think is the best way to change this without other stats getting completely wonky. I know that means less relief pitching, which is fine, so should I just set the reliever use to often instead of very often? Adjust pitcher stamina?

I change the pitcher stamina from low to normal and I typically see a lot of guys eat up 220 or so innings

In league settings

I use pitcher stamina 'normal', use of relievers 'often', use of closers 'very often'. Have around 40 pitchers each year that top out over 200+ innings with several just under that plateau in a 28 team league. Also reintroduces the CG stat with a few pitchers reaching double digits each season.

You could also change the stats to the 90's. I have done that a lot now so I can get more steals and pitchers will pitch longer.

This. I use 1990 for the historical modifiers.
