28 team- interl, balance
Been looking through the main thread, and other pages. Can't find what I am looking for but I know one exists
28 teams 2 subleagues 2 divisions of 7 teams 162 game schedule basically balanced for within a league (no major game diff between what is played against the other div) If a 3 game series can be played vs every interleague team, bonus If a sched exists for 2 subl, each w 1 14 team (no division) league, that would be fine too Thanks |

I might be able to do a quick fix for you if you wanted a schedule with no interleague play. An American League schedule from 1979-until about 1997 would get you close to the balanced within the league. Each team played its intradivision rivals 13 times and its interdivision foes 12 times. Let me know.
If you wanted interleague play, I could play around with it but it might take me a few days. |

Thanks for the offer, but I don't want you to do a bunch of work just for 1 schedule.
I can put in the same time by making a generated sched, then manually changing 14 series to interleague series Thanks for the reply. Always appreciate how co-operative the ootp community is |

No problem. And actually, I had a thought. An MLB sked from 1993 or 1996 might help you out because both leagues were at 14 teams at that point and both were playing balanced schedules. 1994 and 95 might also work if you don't use the as-played schedules. Interleague play started in 1997, but it was limited to division vs. division, so that probably wouldn't work.
