Some questions on really long historical league

I just wanted to know, what happen when the game realise that my manager (the one that represent me) is way too old ? I want to start a 1901 historical league, and play a lot, so what happen when, in 2000, I will be like 120 years old ?

And with the automatic expansion of the league, do the minors league update too ? If the MLB get 2 more clubs, do the AAA, AA and A league get 2 more club too that are affilated with the new major's one ?

Make sure you get married and have a kid (a boy). When he grows up and retires from the Majors, he can become your new manager. Just name him JR.

Create multiple managers along the way. If you don't do this you will be Ancient in 2000.
