"New" USBL Site

Hey. Due to complaints of that I don't give enough credit to leagues, and a crappy server that doesnt even update the site, I have created a new look site. It does have a different look than to the old site, but has some of the same things (i.e. scrolls and such) And yes, I do give credit to the OOL and the iMLB for a awesome site layout to use.

One last thing, I wanna thank everyone who responded on the "Need questions answered" Thread. It really had me think as a commissioner. There are a few other people who I may forget to thank, but thanks to them. Anywho... I might be off to Seattle within the week (details below) Have Fun!
