Minor League Stats
I was wondering if anyone noticed that AAA pitchers tend to have absolutely atrocious stats, with the best having ERA's in the 4's. I've been noticing it for a while but am finding it extremely frustrating ever since I've started managing my minor league teams. Is there a reason for this? Or has anyone else noticed this besides me? Am I just crazy?

In my league the PCL average ERA is 4.64 and the IL is 3.99 so that seems to be close to real life. This screenshot shows some AAA pitchers currently in ST with last years stats. You can see a few have ERA less than 4 but overall everything seems ok in my opinion. Below that are the RL PCL pitching leaders from 2013. Looks very much the same.

What are your modifiers?/how did you get them to stay that way? For me the International League has a league average ERA of 4.94, and the PCL and Eastern leagues are over 5. I think my modifiers are all screwed up.

See the screen shot below. Just keep in mind that the modifiers are specific to my leagues players ratings distribution so do not apply to you. You should check your output from the last completed season and compare it to what year of the PCL you want to be close to.
