I´m not sure if there is a good way to do this with FHM. The game is more about playing the real world and not meant to be a toolkit. Basic Fictional/Customization is more a bonus to the main game (I know I repeat myself, sorry for that ).

As far as not starting with a draft in custom mode, I'm not sure. It would be a good option to have.

I just tried it myself and didn't see any option to avoid an initial draft. Hopefully one of the devs can answer for sure though.

I go to the manager page and still don't see commish mode option. There are no checkmarks on the left side .This is in Sandbox mode.

It's directly below where it says current team on the left hand side of the screen.

You don't need to go to subscription settings, just to manager then manager options.

Maybe you look in the wrong place. Please check out the Manager tab in the upper area and go to "Manager Options".

There won't be on your 'Set Up Your Manager' page.

You'll have to click through that and then go into the Manager options once you get into the game and it shows up then.

Not sure entirely why that's the case, it would be nice to have the option on the 'Set Up Your Manager' page for sure.

Right after select playable leagues,and set up manger page I get subscriptions,don't see manager options.

OK-I finally found it. Didn't know I would have too go to a teams page too find it. I thought it would be on a page by itself.

Shouldn't commish mode be one of the first options on the game and not buried somewhere on a team page? Maybe manager set up page?

Sounds like you're still in the startup prompts.

You need to get out of that, create the whole game first, run through all the prompts and wait till you're sitting on the homepage and the game has been fully created.

Then go to manager options and you'll see the commish mode option.

Thats not a team page, it is the Manager Options screen.

Fwiw I do think it might make sense to have the option on the initial Manager Setup screen as well though. It surprised me a bit not to see it there when I was first creating a game.

It is a design decision because we want to have FHM feel like a game, not a toolkit. I know some people (especially here on the forum) enjoy this form of game and that is why we leave it in the game but we don´t want it to be to present.

I found it on the Montreal Canadiens team page. It listed manager options at the top of the team page.

That's just part of the menu bar, which is just above the team page or whatever page is open at the time.

in my sandbox mode, as commissioner I see I can edit other team's players, and assign them to other teams.

I don't believe so, but I could be wrong on that.
