Making a Modern MLB with one team historic ...

I have put this in a couple places hoping someone would see it and give me a step-by-step way of doing it.

What I am trying to do is set up a current MLB league, but replace one
current team with with it's 2001 team, instead of the current one.

Any and all advice would be grateful.

The way I got this to work was weird. Not sure if it will be weird for you. I have never tried adding historical teams to an existing league.
Edit League settings - Edit League structure - Add Historical teams (have it for whichever division you want otherwise you will have to move them to the correct division later) - Select the teams.cvs from the stats folder if the stats folder does not automatically load - type in the year that you want and hit enter ( if the 2001 team is not in teh drop down menu at this point go home then go back to the add team and the 2001 team should be there, that was the weird part - select your team - delete the team you want to get rid of, generate new schedule or use a GMO schedule. Should be good to go.
