NOTE: Also any rule can be change by league vote. I do not run a dictatorship here. Everyone has input every off-season and polls go up for everyone to vote on the topic/concern for the league.

Marlins are taken but two guys left due to things going on in there life, which i understand and respect. Also hope to have those guys back down the road. However that opens up the Detroit Tigers and Los Angeles Angels.
