24 team 144 game request

I'd love to have the following schedule if anyone's willing:

24 teams
2 leagues (12 teams each league)
3 divisions per league (4 teams each division)

48 games v 3 other teams in own division (24h / 24a)
48 games v 8 other teams in same league's other divisions (24h / 24a)
48 games v 12 teams in other league (24h / 24a)
Own league games mainly three game series, interleague games mainly two, but no problem to mess with that if necessary.

Season set in Australia, with four day all star break every year from 27 Dec to 30 Dec, all star game on 28 December, (last pre all star games on 26 December and first post all star games 31 January).

All games from 24 Dec to 31 Jan inclusive start at 13.05. All other games 50% 13.05 and 50% 19.05 start times.

Season will (I guess) have to start on same date every year to make the Christmas / all star break work, whatever date works is fine, ideally season ends late Feb / early March.

Your schedule is attached. Start your season on Oct. 4, select Interleague For Schedule Balance, do not select the "Use Balance Schedule Format" option.
