Assistant Coaches

Do assistant coaches that are not assigned a specific role (Goalie Coach, Defensive Coach, etc...) have any impact by just being on the staff? I don't recall seeing "extra" staff in prior years but this year there are 3 extra assistant coaches on my team and I can't figure out if there is any value added or if they are just going to waste resources. Thanks!

Yes, it's not as significant as the head coach or the designated specialist in the applicable category, but the highest-rated coaches in a particular area will also contribute to the overall coaching bonus to development.
