QO / Later Round Picks (2017 CBA) option?

League Settings > Financials > Compensation for Lost FA's > QO / Later Round Picks (2017 CBA)

Could someone please explain, or point me to where I can find an explanation of how this selection behaves in-game (i.e. not a link to the official MLB rules)? I can't seem to find an official explanation of how exactly this will operate if enabled.

so, it seems like no one actually knows how this functionality behaves? that is... concerning.

I'm wondering this my self, Not sure what "Later Round Picks" entails. I will run some test and see if I can get some info!

I just ran some test (This was with a Random Debut league) And what I have seen is Comp Picks lost are in the 3rd round and beyond and Comp Picks are tacked onto the end of the 2nd round..

Keep in mind this was a League with Set Modern Financials based on 100M Hard Cap and ave revenues between 75m-159m But It should give the basic stuff for Comp procedure
