Commissioner Advice on File Size

I really wish they would put Commissioner's corner back up.

I could use some advice on file size. Last month we went over bandwidth because as you know during the offseason before preseason the file balloons. Also we have a big file anyway.

I was wondering if any of you other commissioners who really know about the game have any tips for reducing file size? Even if it's just during the offseason when we're simming everyday to get through it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Anyway, did you do the database consolidation when you imported into OOTP 17?

Is it really a "rivalry" when: I beat you 4 times in a row in your home park to end the season, including a 1 game playoff, and to take the division?

No I did not. Don't know how? Could you enlighten me and I will look for it on the switch to 18 for sure.
