Game Will Not Start

Bought the game and it was playing fine for about a week. Then the next time I timed to play it, I was taken to the first start up page and to enter the Serial Number like I did when I bought the game a week earlier. When I input the serial number in I get, Activation Error saying, "The game could not be activated, please try in a few minutes."

I've reported this and was told that I only have the license on one computer and to try deactivating it and then activate it again. Tried that and still won't work. I've uninstalled the game and then downloaded it from the site and reinstalled the game and input the serial number again to activate and still receive the Activation Error. I even uninstalling again and then tried the not online method to activate the game and still the same error message.

I have never had this type of issue with any previously owned editions of FHM or OOTP Baseball. At this point I am totally frustrated with this game (FHM7) and want either a refund or another Serial Number that will activate and let me again play FHM7.

Same issue. I've been playing all year long. Went to open game today and I can't. Still have activation key from purchase in February, that didn't work either.

I am able to log in to OOTP Go on my tablet.

I just checked to see if my license key was valid, and it says I have never had a license for FHM7. However, I definitely bought the game (I have a receipt with my license key) and was able to play it up until I went to start my first game. At that point, the game crashed, and the game is now acting like I never even had a license.

Please help.
