Contract negotiations and player incentives

As the title suggests, any chance that we will be able to add incentives to player contracts when we are negotiating? I know OOTP does this to the briefest extent (i.e. games played/at bats/MVP award/All-Star bonuses), and it's something I'd like to see expanded upon there too (maybe a suggestion for 16

).

Just doing a quick google search, I found a link that goes over everything that can be added in an NFL contract as a player incentive, here american football - What type of individual player incentives are allowed in the NFL? - Sports Stack Exchange

As you can see, just about anything can be included stats-wise. I really think incentives are a big part in NFL contracts and would really like seeing them in BTS to some extent, if possible. Is this something that can realistically be implemented in some way? Obviously this isn't as big of a deal as some of the other things, and I could very well be alone (or the minority, at least) in wanting this feature, but I figure it couldn't hurt to ask anyway!

For V1 it's simply going to come down if there is enough time I think.
Unfortunately it's not as easy it first seems, as we get into likely/unlikely to be earned etc.

Not to threadjack, but...

Along the lines of incentives, which are an everyday sort of thing in pro sports contracts, but what about guaranteed money? It appears to be a larger factor in structuring contracts over the last decade.

Free agents look for guaranteed money in many cases to avoid being cut from a backloaded 3 year deal. The offset in guarantees gets them to sign quicker.
