Lambda Rho -> league reset

We are having an issue with one particular league, it's the "Lambda Rho" Entry Pool league... we will need to reset the league and move teams to a different one, that will take about half an hour. If you were playing in that league, your Points & Cards will not get lost, but you may have to set up your roster again once the new league is up (will probably have to restart OOTP).

All other leagues are fine and not affected.

The teams were added to the pool of new users and should be reassigned to a new entry pool league in 20mins.
