BZ 1958: Pitcher charged w/ run w/out throwing a pitch?
The opposing team's pitcher just gave up a 2-run homer(the base runner reached on an error). He was injured on the play, and the new pitcher the AI just brought in has been charged with the earned run from the homer.
It says that the new pitcher has thrown one pitch(which he hasn't), allowed no hits, and is charged with one earned run. This looks kind of similar to issue #BZ1765, but I figure it warrants a look. Box score: IP H R ER BB K HR PI PS H. Wu 1.0 1 1 0 0 0 1 17 10 T. Zhu 0.0 0 1 1 0 0 0 1 1 |

This sounds to me like it's a result of the fact a player gets substituted instantaeously the moment he is injured, which of course wouldn't happen in this case.
You don't happen to have a copy of the log and box score handy do you?

I have had it happen to me before, I believe the new pitcher comes in before the homer leaves the park. So the new player comes in and the game thinks the home run is hit off of him.

The print screen button doesn't seem to do anything.

The print screen button is basically a "Copy" button. You have to "Paste" it into paint.

OK, I had another pitcher get injured on a play in which he gave up a hit, and it seems like the replacement pitcher always has a pitch recorded before he even faces anyone. In this case, though, he wasn't charged with a hit:
