The Federal Baseball League is opening it’s door and searching for 16 new owners to kick off this fictional league. The FBL will be conducting an inaugural draft to allow owners for full franchise control and customization. We will be utilizing StatsPlus, full website for history and HTML Reports, and a league blog portal for collecting league stories (http://www.fbl-ootp.com)

Following the economic collapse in 2008, Major League Baseball was rendered financially insolvent and filed for bankruptcy. The decline of television viewership coupled with the length of games and sheer selfishness of owners to turn a profile (like the Pittsburgh Pirates) Major League Baseball was schedule to disband in 2014.

We have updated the rules and created the website. We have created each of the teams but are willing to allow anyone to change or customize their own team.

Absolutely new players are welcome. The draft will be conducted in a draft utility so it won't be in one night. Given the size of the league it should complete in less than 2 weeks.
