Licensing Issue

Sorry if this post doesn't belong here, but I submitted a ticket for this issue and have not yet had a response. Quite frankly, I don't have a lot of confidence that someone is manning the support tickets these days.

I had to reinstall my OS (Windows 10). Prior to reinstalling I definitely unlicensed the game. I have a different computer that is using one of the two licenses, but I should still have one left. Please advise as to what I should do. I can provide the license # and / or the order number.

You didn't say what your problem was, but make sure you're trying to install the correct version of the game. There are two versions, depending on where you purchased the game.

Thanks for trying, but no it was no help. It is the esselerate version and I definitely downloaded the correct version because it was downloaded for my previous install. The problem i'm having is that is says I have used up my two licenses. As I stated in my first post, I unlicensed the game prior to wiping my hard drive. There should still be 1 available license.
