Logo, Cap, Jersey Request: Wei Chuan Dragons

The Wei Chuan Dragons are being revived by the CPBL beginning in 2020 at the farm level and the major level in 2021.

Here is their old away jersey:

An image of their hat and could be their small logo as well:

Also a white jersey for home could be used.

I have a base template started. However, I don't know where to begin looking for the patches or understand the Chinese lettering.

Officials from the new team revealed that a new logo is in the pipeline, so perhaps we could wait till then for making the graphics set.
