Biggest disappointment: Lefty O'Doul. 2 seasons in silver, he has a combined WAR of 1.2. For how much he cost me at the time, I expected more.

JD has been awesome for me.. winning the triple crown... Verlander.. was awesome until I won the WS and went to the Gold league.. now he sucks... maybe his wife will leave him and move in with me...

I've had way better luck with Frank Tanana, a Gold card, as my innings eater, strikeout machine than I ever had with Verlander. I think I've pulled Verlander 3 times and I sell him every time now.

No surprises, just disappointments

Mainly is just the randomness of each players stats. Why do some 70-80's rated players totally outperform 80's & 90's players. I'll have a reliever that in the cards real life has a 1.81 ERA but can get him blew 3.50. And pitches with 10+ K per 9 can get over a 5 per 9. Batters whose card year is where rating were taken from him hitting 59 HR IRL to the player hitting 10-12. Names & ratings are bunk....useless info.....if rating dont count, should not be shown

Mayne that reliever pitched in a low offense year? Real life stats dont mean much. You need to look at the player ratings to get a better idea of why some players perform better.

I am both surprised and disappointed that JD Martinez hit .211 in his most recent season in Diamond.

His low Avoid K's and relatively weaker vR start becoming more pronounced at Diamond.

I finally decided to sell off my 99 OVR Kershaw. Dude just gets lit up like fireworks every single start. Probably due to the low Movement Rating.

No idea how that card is rated 99.

If you can get the 96 OVR you will have LH pitcher that can start and win at Perfect level.

I just loaded up on RHP starters and going to get some good LH specialists in my pen.

Starting last year, I've dropped JD to the bench vs righties when I picked up a Carew. I'm debating dropping him off the roster entirely, but his ratings should still mash lefties, and I'm not struggling for roster spots.

JD is definitely worth it against lefties.

Daves, do you have a second Auburn Doubledays team in D366? If so, My Point Loma Indians are in the same league

Agreed on Gibson. In 2 Diamond and 1 Perfect season, his "best" numbers were 8-20, 6.54 ERA

Sold at a loss this weekend.

the aroldis chapman diamond cards. have two different ones on two team s--one is a 91 and the other is a 92. they both consistently have eras in the 3.5 to 4 range.

The Bambino (98) - drawing walks and has hit a few but .231 is a pretty crap average.....

Biggest disappointment is Kershaw.. he just never performed up to his rating. Sold him and picked up 3 studs that do tho (Whitey Ford to take his spot in the rotation, Scioscia, and Severino in the pen)

The 99 rated Kershaw card is really bad a higher levels because of the poor movement. Both the historical cards which are rated lower perform much better.
