1970-present historical minor league uniform set?

I know there are a lot of classic (pre-1960) uniforms out there for minor league teams, especially AAA teams, but has anybody ever tried to tackle, say, a 1960 or 1970-to-present set, at least for AAA and/or AA?

Since I keep true-to-life minor leagues, this is sort of the Holy Grail of OOTP that I've been searching for. I've found a few here and there (like that awesome Charleston Charlies uni that NoPepper did, and a couple requests iggyhood has done quite nicely recently), but nothing extensive.

If this has been done and I missed it, please direct me to the file/Photobucket. If not...well, any ambitious uniform-makers out there want to give it a shot? It'd probably have to be a team effort, since it is a rather ambitious project.

If this is around it was done under the radar. I've asked many a time and I didn't hear much interest from anyone in setting plans to take the task on. Would be an amazing project.

Personally I'd love this. I've started to put together a set of all the "real" non major league uniforms available in but you're right there's a dearth from 1970 through 2010. I've tried to use the new yearly naming convention when doing this too so evolution can occur.

I'm sure there's been a lot posted here I've missed. In fact I've seen references to them when searching.

I'd recommend setting up a post where people can submit them in one place. I'm sure there's a lot in various collections that others may have.

No Pepper's set ends at 1960. Would be nice to see him or even Reds1 do a set to the 1990's.

I did a bunch of minor league uniforms for OOTP12.. I also like being a completist, but at the same time I just did home unis..

Mine start from 1977 and I think I'm somewhere around the mid 80s or early 90s with them.. I just have to get the ambition to do the naming for OOTP 14..

The other thing with the ones I've done is some of them aren't that great and I didn't do anything with shadowing or that..

Hey, post 'em if you've got 'em! There's so few from that era available, I'm not gonna be picky.

Go ahead and post them. Alot of times you can throw a layer on them and make em look sharp.

Here's a few early-80's caps/jerseys I was able to find looking around. I hope the makers won't mind if I post them here, or at least the links to the threads they're in.

Charleston Charlies by No Pepper, Tucson Toros and Glens Falls White Sox by YO GABBA GABBA:

Holyoke Millers by No Pepper:

Miami Amigos, by iggyhood:

Beaumont Golden Gators, by iggyhood:

That's all I know of at the moment. If anybody knows of others, post those bad boys!

Got on a roll today and made this: Early 80's Indianapolis Indians home jersey and cap. When they were a Reds affiliate, before switching to the Expos. The cap was a re-colorization of an "Indianapolis Champions" one I found in the "OOTP Compatible Ballcaps from 1950-74" file. The jersey uses one of Reds1's templates.

Also, txranger has posted excellent Evansville Triplets http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...iforms-81.html and Tidewater Tides uniforms from the '80s http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...iforms-80.html that put my humble attempts to shame.

Edit: Bonus mid-80s Indianapolis Indians cap and jerseys, from the mid-80s, when they were an Expos affiliate.

As long as I can find some decent reference pictures, happy to have a go. Baseball Reference says South Bend White Sox rather than Silver?

I seem to recall they were White Sox first, then Silver Hawks later?

Awesome thread! I wish everything was still as ridiculous, geometrical, and colorful as in the 70's! Let's hope this thread can stay alive!

My misdtake, for some reason i had thought they were called the Silver Sox. I had seen them play I want to say Appleton in 1990. Could be way i could not find any images for Silver Sox when I Googled them.
