Logos for the Great Northwestern League

I am starting a new fictional league that will be located in the following cities with the following names.

Seattle Sky Socks
Tacoma Thunder
Portland Lumberjacks
Salem Sluggers
Olympia Orcas
Vancouver Vikings

I can find logos for most of these but would like to see if anyone would like to produce locos for this league. If anyone wants to give these a shot that would be pretty cool. Thanks!

Nah, I had one that said Bangor Lumberjacks and I changed it to Portland.

I'm not sure if you'll like this one for Tacoma Thunder

The Thunder one is still A LOT better then anything I could find. I will use it my league without a doubt. I apperciate the work....I also think your avatar is great.

That is pretty much what I was thinking. Something that incorporated bats for the "Sluggers" Great work!

Looks nice, but if you're matching cities to names and that's important to you, you might like to change "lumberjacks" to "loggers." That's what you call folks who cut down trees in the northwest. They call them lumberjacks in the midwest.

That is a good point, but I really don't care too much about that. I like the name Lumberjacks for some reason and I think I'll go with that for the time being. Thanks for your input though.

Actually, I just started getting used to photoshop & illustrator in the past year. I don't create these logos per se, but I usually alter the city if it is part of the logo to fit a person's particular fictional team. After that, its mostly re-sizing, applying some filters, and stick it in a circular template.

I kind of spent a lot of the time waiting for OOTP2006 to be released working on my own universe's logos (see my sig) I love doing it. Some are challenges, some are easy.

Hey, your site kicks butt too. If you ever want any of the logos from your site in the circular format that truthserum, captain walrus, and I do (hope I'm not missing anybody) let me know which ones. I can usually whip those up pretty fast

I actually like the Sky Socks one. It may look a little better if the names are switched, but I don't know if that is possible. Either way, these are great and are currently running in my game. I really do appreciate all the work you have done.
