Pre-1901 Historical League Inaugural Draft

Starting a historical league pre-1901 forces you into an inaugural draft.

Why does it do this?

Has anyone put together a league starting back then with actual rosters and have some setup they can share?

The teams from pre 1901 do not match what OOTP has so to speak.

Before 1901 OOTP has chosen to use fake teams with Real players in fake leagues. Design Decision.

If you want the real thing it must be done by hand. Tedious.

Not hard to start an actual 1871 league and evolve it into what you will see by 1901 but not everything will be 100% no matter how much you control.

Thanks everyone. Wanting to actually start in 1888, so am going through the tedious process of setting it all up by hand.
