Schedule Requests for 1-man rotations
Hi All,
I was wondering if I could request a few scheduled for 1-man rotations, where the idea would be to play 1 game every 3-4 days, no preference on the days, with series being 1 game each to simulate travel. I would like the following, if possible. All are 1 sub league and 1 division, no all-star game, all day games: 8 teams, 56 games (8 games vs each team) 10 teams, 54 games (6 games vs each team) 12 teams, 55 games (5 games vs each team) 8 teams, 70 games (10 games vs each team) 10 teams, 72 games (8 games vs each team) 12 teams, 66 games (6 games vs each team) I'm not picky on days of the week or anything like that. Mostly looking for a way that to simulate using only one SP during the 1871-1881 era of baseball. I really wish OOTP allowed you to set a rotation type when auto-generating a schedule. Thanks for any help! Rob |

I can probably make these, simple enough to schedule. I'm busy today, but I'll work on them tomorrow.

I cant speak for BW, but these are the tools I use:
Excel Open Office Its a matter of figuring out how many series you play against each team and then creating a list in excel. So if team 1 plays 6H/6A vs all 5 division opponents, I'll have this 1 2 2 1 1 2 2 1 1 3 3 1 1 3 3 1 1 4 4 1 1 5 5 1 1 6 6 1 Repeat for the other 5 teams. Then you need to have a rotation of games. If you have 6 teams, you need a 5 series rotation. 1 2 3 4 5 6 That would be the first group of games (each 1 2 = 3 games) THen you would have 1 3 2 5 4 6 etc. Until all teams play everyone. |
