Pre Draft Process
I was just curious how others handle the pre draft process in solo leagues. I tend to glance over the draft class when it is first revealed and then ignore it until draft day. How do the rest of you approach the draft, when do you reveal the draft pool, do you use feeders, etc.?

I stick to default settings, moving around the draft date occasionally.

Yes, I use feeders in addition to game-created players. I check it on reveal, shortlist players of interest, assign anywhere from 5-10 players to be scouted, and then check more closely on draft day, should my scout have changed his opinion about anyone.

I look over the top of the class at reveal, mainly just getting certain names in my head for draft day. I don't look at it again until the draft.
Though, if there's a way to export JUST the draft pool so I can fiddle with the ratings to make a personal overall rating, I'd do that too. I just don't know how and am too lazy to dig for it. |

I pay no attention to it until the draft. Really I should scout the top 30 and see what my scout says. Then check back with those players in 5 years and see where they are. That would also help in gauging your scout's true accuracy. You would have to double check the guy didn't start getting injured often or something that would've hindered his development though.
