Goalie starts

Goalie starts can be altered by modifying the weights assigned to the various attributes that affect which goalie will start a game. This is done by going to the Lines tab for a team and then to the Goalie Starts tab. But after going to the page that shows the attributes (e.g., Start hottest goalie), I find that I cannot alter the weights for any team, even though I have checked the box to play in commissioner mode.

Is there some way to change these weights?

You would have to have a non-AI GM/Coach of the team to change them, i.e. be in online mode and create a manager to run the team.

Another goalie question.

In Custom Leagues ,is a goalie automatically replaced(in commish mode) when he is moved too another team on the same day that his old team is playing a game?

If no,what happens if the only remaining goalie get's hurt during a game?
