Logo Redesign Requests
Hello,
I have had quite a bit of luck here in the past so I thought I would post and see if anybody can help me out either by creating something or simply sharing something you may already have. Essentially, what I am looking for are a few logos for some teams where the team's nickname and logo do not seem to match up. For example, the New York Yankees have the primary logo of the hat and bat, but their secondary logo, the NY, does not match their nickname. It matches the city name but not the nickname. I will list here what I would like to see done: New York Yankees - something to replace the NY and relates to Yankees Philadelphia Phillies - This logo but with a white border around the appropriate parts. I cannot do it well at all. Los Angeles Dodgers - I just want something to do with the trolley dodgers that keeps Dodger Blue in the colour scheme. I may actually rename this team but I really do not want to. Likely the Kings to make things easier. Even something like this seems to be more relevant, but perhaps I am wrong. San Francisco Giants - There is a lot of writing in their logos, but nowhere in the SF or "Giants" logos can I find an actual giant. The NFL's New York Giants seem to do a decent job with this logo but it will not work for baseball. I would even take something like a Giant swinging a bat at AT&T Park or something like that with an accompanying smaller logo as well. I do not want these as much but would be nice Houston Astros - something that seems to relate to stars and space a bit more. I am happy with the star logos but something more spacey would be nice. Miami Marlins - something that has more of a marlin in it instead of a giant M and uses the new colours. I realize the marlin is part of it, but there is too much M and not enough fish for me. I am currently using the primary logo from this link. Seattle Mariners - I understand that the compass helps sailors, but the actual definition of the word mariner, as far as I can tell, is a person. I like this logo and do not even mind these colours. I would love to use this logo but it reminds me far too much of Herbert from Family Guy. If it comes down to it, I may end up moving the Dodgers or Giants to Vancouver (Grizzlies), Portland (Beavers) or Mexico City (Aztecs). For anybody who reads this post, thank you. If anybody else seems to think the way I do in regards to logos I would be happy to share what I have found and modified for some of the other teams.

You're an artist - there's not much more to say.
Thanks for sharing your art with us

The circular Marlins, Giants and Mariners are Knuckler originals... With the exception of the Yankee logo, most of these were made some time ago... Only a couple needed some editing to fit the requests here...
