Definitely not a big bug by any means, but "three" is not capitalized and is the first word of the news headline, caught my eye as I was scrolling

Draft order is still wrong. The 30th pick in the first round belongs to the nationals because the rangers signed ian desmond. Come on guys!

Text bug... or time warp?
Is this an odd text bug or proof of time dilation? This is from a fresh start. Nothing game breaking, but an oddity none the less.

Not a bug, but an inconsistency: On the "Salaries" tab under "Front Office", the parentheses identify what the salary of a particular year is contingent on. For example, a salary that is dependent on a team's option being exercised is (T). However, an opt-out is shown in parentheses for the season before the opt-out. This is somewhat confusing, it makes it seem like the season before the opt-out is dependent on whether the player selects it or not. It should be the first season after, in my opinion. I know this might overlap other options, so perhaps an opt-out can be designated a different way if necessary, like different brackets.

In a custom league with historical teams, player birthdates don't adjust for league year. For example, 1927 Yankees Babe Ruth is 120 years old. Not a problem for historical exhibition.

Not a bug per se, but does anyone else think there should be a function where you can "take" with two strikes?
Seems like every time one of my pitchers comes up with the bases loaded and less than two outs, he grounds into a double play (sometimes even when I bunt). I'd rather he just strike out. |

My third baseman got married. Problem is, he married himself.

Bug with All Star Game Results: NL Player declared MVP for winning AL team
In my OOTP 17 game for Mac, I found a bug where a National League player was declared the 2016 All Star Game MVP for the winning American League team. In my game, Michael Conforto still plays for the NL New York Mets. But, in league news, it reads "American League right fielder Michael Conforto led the way for the winning club, putting up a 1-for-1 mark to earn game MVP honors." It can also be seen in the game box score that Michael Conforto made a pinch hit appearance for the National League, not the American League. Here is the league file name that I uploaded: MLB.lg_Archive.zip

My first bug report and I don't know how to do a screen shot with this game but sometimes in the play by play script I get "struck him out with {%game pitch}. I hope this is the right place. Not a big problem but I thought you might want to know. I'm running OOTP 17 on a macbook pro.

Since the next patch is not due for a while, here's an updated english.xml file. Unzip it and replace the original file in your "text" folder. This will correct the PbP mistake.

It should read "no matter how many games ..." and either "Acapulco" or "The Acapulco Cliff Divers"

Seung-mo Park pitched for Acapulco against Abu Dhabi - when it reads "struck out x through x innings" he is listed under Acapulco, when it reads "ties/set Acapulco Cliff Divers regular season record" he is listed under Abu Dhabi.

Bug specific to lots of hits?
Apparently my team hit around so many times this guy couldn't process it:
The other two five hit players correctly identified who won the game in their respective post-match interviews, and as is visible to the top right, there wasn't a double header where the teams traded 24-7 victories either. Might be a bug related to three players hitting five or more in the same game? I didn't check Jimmy's Intelligence score in BNN, so if this is a feature please disregard. |

My 1902 league has accumulated some stats for night games, and I have received emails listing the stats leaders for night games. The first MLB night game was not played until the mid-1930s.

Noticed in the Can-Am and American Association Indy League that there is an empty second division in the Can-Am section. Is it OK to get rid of it and not screw up the pre-loaded schedule for the league? Just a minor thing I just noticed.
