Unsigned or released draftees not becoming free agents

Reserve era rules. First-year player draft.

Draft-eligible players not signed in draft are not available as free agents after draft ends. I think they should be.

More bizarre, draftees signed by a team and released during the season are also not available.

I think they *will* be starting next season. Have to finish this season to be sure.

If I understand correctly, these players should all be available now.

I would send the files over to the development team to look at as well or post screenshots
