1995 Historical Schedule

I am trying to replay the 1995 season but the schedule in the game is not correct. It says I can import a schedule in xml format but I can't find any. I have searched all over this website trying to find a 1995 MLB schedule in xml format but I can't find it or any MLB schedule in xml format. Am I missing something or not looking in the correct place.

Thanks

As far as I recall, the 1995 original MLB schedule (i.e. the 162-game version) should be included with the game. The 1995 as played MLB schedule should be included as well.

All major-league schedules are in lsdl format and are located in the OOTP schedules sub-folder. No OOTP schedules are in xml format. Schedules for FHM2, however, are in xml format. Is that what you're talking about?

The 1995 schedule, according to Baseball Reference didn't start until 25 April and was for 144 games. Labor problems. That is what I remember. The schedule in the game starts at the beginning for April and is for 162 games and the teams don't match up on dates they actually played. I found one 1995 revised schedule on here but it is in .txt format not xml. 1995 Cleveland Indians Schedule and Results | Baseball-Reference.com

I would think that here is a real historic schedule for 1995 out there some where. I just can't find it.

Thanks for answering my question.

1995 Schedule

I tried setting the starting date to 4/25/95 and 144 games thinking that it would 'pick up' the correct schedule from there but it didn't. The only thing I have been able to find on the correct schedule for that season is the the attached. However, I don't know how to get that information into xml format so I can import it. Can you help with that?

1995 schedule

I just reload the game for 1995 and this time it had the real schedule. I don't what I did differently than before but it seems to be working with a start date of 25 April.

Thanks for your time.

As stated previously, for MLB historical leagues OOTP comes with both the originally published schedules and the as played schedule. I do not think OOTP includes the revised original schedules (e.g. the shortened 144-game slate for 1995).

As I said in a previous response, the last time I loaded it the revised schedule was there. I don't know what, if anything, I did differently from the first time.
