Historical League, Do Not Import Minor Leaguers in Rookie Draft

Hi-

I'm hoping the following can be achieved through the correct settings and that someone can help me with this.

I've set up a historical league that started in 1871 and I have completed the 1885 season.

I would like the sim to do the following if possible.
1. Only have players that have reached the majors in the simulation.
2. Have real minor league affiliate teams later in the game, but when that time comes, only future major leaguers would appear on those rosters and the rest of the those rosters would be made up of "ghost" players.
3. Have each year's draft pool made up exclusively of future major league players.

#3 is the big one for me. The troublesome issue is the Rookie Draft pool is now growing to 300-600 players and I don't want to sift through all those names to find the 100 that eventually played in the majors.

When the Draft Pool is created, the message as the top of the screen reads something like "major league database imported" and then "minor league database imported," making it look like there might be a way where I can block the minor league players from being imported.

A couple more notes-
In League Settings > Rules > I do have "Disable automatic creation of free agents and fictional draft class" checked.
In League Settings > Historical > I do have "Import & maintain real minor leagues" checked because I would prefer to have real affiliated teams later in the game. However, I would uncheck this box and create teams later if this would allow me to only have major league players listed in every season's draft pool.

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could help me get the Rookie Draft Pool down to a reasonable number of players. I can't imagine how insane it would be as I would imagine the pool is probably a couple thousand players once it gets into the 2000's.
