'17 Play by Play voice?

Just curious if there is any improvement to the PBP voice? Is it smoother? man or woman?

The PbP voice is dependent on the Windows TTS feature. It provides the Narrator. In addition, IVONA has some voices for purchase that some people find more pleasant.

Ok, dont know what IVONA is. I just have Windows Vista and OOTP 16 and I have the robotic woman's voice that has split second delays in her speech. Can you elaborate?

IVONA is a company that produces TTS products. The Narrator in Vista is lousy. Windows 8.1 and 10 have a much better Narrator.
