ELB moving to OOTP24 (fictional league)

Euro League Baseball will be moving to OOTP 24 after the current season! (ETA 2nd week of July irl.)

There will be 1-2 team openings, please reply to this post or DM me if interested.

We also plan to expand to 24 teams sometime in the next few seasons, so waitlist spots are also available!

About: ELB is a chill 20-team fictional league that started in 2021, currently in Jul 2028. We sim S/M/W/T during the season, 2 weeks at a time. During the offseason, we sim every day. The overall pace is good - not too speedy, but still engaging. We use Discord to chat, and StatsPlus to draft. Injury frequency is on low/normal for DtD injuries. Draft pick trading is on. Draft pick signing is off. INT amateur signing hard cap. Team chemistry/player morale disabled. Overall/Potential star ratings disabled. Scouting enabled, 20-80 scale.

I didn't see it on the list. What is the financial rules on the league? I am looking for one that has a salary cap with even financial rules so everyone is on a level playing field financially.

Good question, I'll try to answer this for the sake of anyone here who may be interested.

We don't have a salary cap, but we have certain contract rules and league settings in place to help promote financial parity:

Market size floors
$5mil Int Amateur annual hard cap
$50 ticket price cap
40k capacity stadium cap
6 year contract length limit (for new contracts and extensions)
