Do owners ever improve?
If you have a penny pinching owner will they always be a penny pincher or is it possible they might decide they want to win and increase the budget significantly?
I'm referring to the game, not real life. |

I don't think I recall seeing an owner change in that way. However, the owner does change from time to time through team sales and deaths - can be kinda rare though.

Once a penny pincher... But seriously folks... I would think a penny pinching owner, by definition, might not have winning top of his list. |

Owners even in real life do not change in their attitude. However there are some exceptions like Steinbrenner who finally saw fit to stop interfering in the daily activities for team. Sometimes you get owners who do not know how to be hands off. I could name one like in football Ford family refuse to be hands off since 1963. Yes its a pet peeve of mine. At least in this game owners either by passing it down by heritage or selling the team it seems to have different personalities of which makes it unique for us users
