Restricting Salaries for Personnel in Feeder Leagues

Does anyone know of a way to restrict the salaries of managers in feeder leagues? I've got a High School league and a College and University league that both feed my major league for the draft but the managers in those leagues are making between 160k and 500k. That is completely unrealistic so I've been changing the salaries manually. This gets tedious. I'd like to limit how much these guys can make without having to manually look every year but the Financials section for these leagues just state "Minor Leagues do not support financials".

Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome!

It annoys me too, but I think it's purely cosmetic and has no real influence on the game. I sometimes go through and change them but it gets tedious. I wish I had an answer on how to mass change this too.

Ya I hear you. I went through and gave them all 50k salaries with 10 year contracts. It'll look weird on their profile page and I agree I don't think it actually does anything. It just looks weird is all.
