Hey soxfan was the player card created with face gen automatically? Or are you using a photo set? It is awesome. As I am not familiar with facegen. Also Cubby, where can I find the website where you got the ratings from (ZIPS)? I need to check this website out. Thanks

So these rosters are fine....We just need to change some settings? Can we get a quick update on what we need to do with these new rosters!!

Error regarding the import path isn't a big deal, I can fix it tonight. Basically I have it set up so when I try to import any historical players, it does it automatically without asking me the path to the database (which is complicated by the fact that none of us use the same path, thus it gives you the error since you don't have my folder setup).

When I load these roster's they already have the team logos built in. Where can I find those images to put into my default logo directory?

Should be in the league folder.lg/news/HTML/images - delete them all and replace with whichever logos you want to use.

They're good to go. Trade frequency, etc. is all a matter of preference (to be fair to Detroit in that trade, Adams is one of the best relievers in the set and has more value in OOTP than IRL).

This is off the top of my head - I can add instructions tonight when I get home, but it is in league setup under one of the financial options. It's near where you can reset player/coach contracts. Also lets you adjust league financials based on current payrolls.

Nice Mike - has anyone tested the current set into the future? I can add stadiums in a mini-update if those fix some problems. Maybe we should take off the luxury tax? Seems that can screw things up a lot too for high payroll teams more than it does IRL.

The more I think about it - yes, I think luxury tax is the biggest thing messing up high revenue teams.

If you think about it logically, the computer is going to spend up to whatever their budget is most of the time, which means the amount taxed will go on top of that leaving them deep in the red.

I'll try taking it off and running some tests.

Speaking of odd trades, I was offered Zach Grienke from Milwaukee for my backup catcher Michael McKenry. I jumped on it! Then I flipped Grienke who wasn't going to resign with me to New York for Luis Pineda and another good prospect . I don't often take advantage of this game but once in a while, It's nice

If I am remembering past errors correctly, I believe you may need to upgrade to the latest patch if you haven't yet.

I see three options on the financials page under League setup:

Assign fictional financials to teams

Assign fictional contracts to players

Assign fictional contracts to personnel

Or is it the "refresh" button above that after I add scouting and change anything that would alter financials?

I believe you can assign him to a team, then release him and all contract negotiations will be reset.

Hisashi Iwakuma SP who has a major league contract (1,5M with plus could reach 3,4M, The incentives kick in at 20 starts, where he'll be paid a $200,000 bonus. The bonuses keep accumulating every couple of starts after that. He'll get another $250,000 if he reaches 22 starts, then $300,000 if he hits 25 starts.

Iwakuma can make $400,000 in additional bonuses if he reaches 30 starts and another $400,000 for 200 innings pitched.
