Differences between leagues? Why??

So I have my USBL dynasty created with 6 states to start: Colorado, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, New Jersey, and Virginia.

I have all the settings universal. I have all league schedules the same, set to start on the 1st Monday in May. I noticed that in all states but New Jersey, the regular season was set to end on August 11th. New Jersey was set to end on August 14th.

2nd thing, going to the history page and the accomplishments, all are the same, again except for New Jersey. Where all the other states have 50+ HR season, 150+ RBI seasons, and 20+ win seasons as accomplishments, New Jersey has 25+ HR, 80+ RBI, and 10+ win seasons as accomplishments. Why the difference? What happened to make New Jersey different? I can post screen shots if need be, but I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out without them.

As the commissioner of New Jersey I might have messed around with the other leagues to give my league the air of stability.

I know whenever I change my major league game totals on creation in OOTP it changes the minor league season lengths to 2 games automatically. This probably doesn't apply but maybe it's relevant to your issue

I knew there was something fishy going on in Jersey! Haha.

I have no idea what the problem could be, I literally changed nothing but rules when I created each league and its teams. I guess a lot of rainouts could be a possibility, for the NJBL lasting 3 days longer.

I have no possible explanation for why the accomplishments are different. I mean, in the grand scheme of things, it's not a big deal, as I wasn't planning on worrying about that. The only accomplishments I was planning on reporting on were hit for cycle, no-hitters, perfect games, triple crown, hitting streak, things like that. Although as I said in my dynasty report, if anybody wants to see anything added they can certainly let me know.

I guess I'll just leave things alone as it's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things.
