Minor leagues

I purchased the new iootp for my iPad and I'm a little confused with the minor league system on the game. I can not find any way to set the line ups or rotations in the minors. I also can't even figure out how to display their minor league stats. Are the minor leaguers just sitting down there waiting on me to call them up and not playing?

exactly that. Minors are used only as a storage of talent until they are good enough for the big leagues.

Thats right. Please keep in mind that we are dealing with very limited hardware and it is absolutely impossible to add real minors at the moment. But player will improve normally, even if no games are simulated.

For future versions I would love to add a simple minor league system like the one from the old OOTP 6: 3 level, simple transaction rules, games get simulated but nothing more then team records (and of course player stats).

So if I leave a guy down in the minors too long, that's why his star rating drops?

Yes, keep them to long in the minors (or reserve level) and you can damage them.

A simple minor league system would be wonderful. It would be great to see player stats in the minors before deciding who to bring up.

Yeah, but that is something for a new version, not a update. But I work on some kind of development report so it is easier to follow the player development.

Understandable as that's a substantial piece to add. A development report would be great. Thanks Sebastian.
