There was only one Angels player issued in 1967 which was Paul Schaal (and really is a reissue of the Dexter Press 1965 Angels).

There were no photos issued for the St. Louis Cardinals who went on to win the world series that year. I am sure there are enough good full color pictures of the 1967 Cardinals to produce a pseudo extension set that would include perhaps: Bob Gibson - Orlando Cepeda - Roger Maris - Lou Brock - Tim McCarver - Julian Javier - Mike Shannon - Steve Carlton - Curt Flood - Dal Maxvill - Bobby Tolan - Dick Hughes or Ray Washburn.

Looked on the internet and found a discussion about the 1967 Dexter Press cards and why no Cardinals.

This guy had a plausible reason:
No Cardinals in the '67 Coke Caps either, I believe. Weren't the Dexter Press photos linked to Coke somehow? Maybe an Anheuser Busch distribution war with Coke?

I believe the Dexter Press cards were a part of a Coca-Cola promotion and give away.

At any rate, I have toyed with making my own 1967 Dexter Press Cardinals - Cards That Never Were. I tried to follow the example of close up photos but without signatures. Here are my first 5 home made attempts - only 7 more to make for a total of 12:
