I'm assuming they are in the game with the latest patch? If someone can confirm that, please.

Who else is missing? I want to start my season but I also want everyone in the game who is supposed to be.

The game uses MiLB rosters as well. They have been in the game for years.
If a player is drafted or a free agent then they are in the game. If someone is missing it’s usually a very minor player but should be reported so the roster team can correct the error.

Why would you think anyone was missing? Those guys have been in the game for several versions now. What info do you have that would make you think this year was different?

The guy who does the rosters said last week that they weren't either updated or in the game. So I waited another week to start my 2019 season.

Well pretty sure they've been in my game since I downloaded from my pre-order and they've been in the game in previous years so...

You might be thinking of Perfect Team, where the new cards for players have only been added this week. For regular games, they are in (although the AI may manage them differently than they do in real life).

the 25-man will be determined by the AI too, to some extent... or at some point. some decisions do deviate.
