in the past, they do release a reoster that's updated for trades and such... (seems silly, but there is a demand)...

remember, this is a game that starts opening day. *even though we are living past that point in time as we 'type'.. if a trade occurs after that day, it should not be in the game because of that fact... 2017 has not occured yet when you start a game... so, unless there's some sort of time-travelling machine, it's not logical

even so, they do release an aug 1 roster upate.. but then you sim a seaosn and basically re-live a 2nd trading deadline plus all the additional moves... you basically run a season with 2X the normal roster movement over that period of time. whatever floats your boat, i guess

It would good if their was a Roster set that came out as of All-Star break with Stats and Standings up to date.
