I didn't know you could have women players in OOTP

If possible, a European-based league identical to the NFL: the Euro League of American Football. I've already created its structure:
Blue Conference Central Division - Berlin Bears, Brussels Capitals, Budapest Pearls, Rotterdam Lions East Division - Belgrade Whites, Bratislava River Hawks, Kiev Angels, Saint Petersburg Anchors North Division - Birmingham Bulldogs, Glasgow Claymores, Helsinki Caribous, Oslo Norsemen West Division - Madrid Bulls, Marseille Mystiques, Rome Gladiators, Zurich Lakers Gold Conference Central Division - Amsterdam Windmills, Athens Spartans, Munich Monks, Vienna Music East Division - Bucharest Citadels, Moscow Czars, Prague Crusaders, Warsaw Phoenix North Division - Copenhagen Mariners, Dublin Celtics, London Monarchs, Stockholm Vikings West Division - Barcelona Counts, Lisbon Seahawks, Milan Empire, Paris Towers

I'm not a player who cares a ton about league customization, and I'd be fine if we were tied to the 32-team current NFL structure. But if it's an option, the current NFL season length makes for what to me is a rather obvious one for creating/maintaining team/conference rivalries, elevating the status of being a playoff team, all while maintaining an apples-to-apples-with-real-life record book by sticking to a 16-team schedule:
2 conferences, 4 divisions, 6 teams per division. You play the teams in your division twice per year (10 games), and the teams in the other division in your conference once per year (6 games). No interconference play. No wild cards. Division winners play one another for the conference championship, and then the winners play in the Super Bowl. Given that it'd be the same size and structure, I'm sure I'd recreate something similar to the ol' OOTP NABA teams. |

A 24 team, British league. I just found some old files in my documents where I'd been messing around with a few ideas, on the off chance FOF ever got this functionality
London Knights, London Dragons, Reading Royals, Manchester Bees, Birmingham Bulls, Yorkshire Rams, Glasgow Bucks, Hull Tigers, Liverpool Rush, Southampton Saints, Newcastle Browns, Nottingham Sherrifs, Sheffield Steelers, Bristol Pirates, Belfast Destroyers, Leicester Foxes, Edinburgh Claymores, Cardiff Blues, Staffordshire Terriers, Sunderland Panthers, Norwich Lions, Oxford Spires, Cambridge Neptunes, Newport Miners Even have a few logos... https://ibb.co/cndCkA https://ibb.co/j6gnJV https://ibb.co/iDDdQA https://ibb.co/kQ9JQA https://ibb.co/mxnSJV https://ibb.co/eGLgdV Last edited by Xcom44dan; 11-11-2018 at 07:00 PM. |

Nice! I'd drawn up plans for a UK league system back in the day if there were ever a football equivalent to OOTP with multi-league support - 8 team leagues for Northern Ireland and Wales, 16 for Scotland and 32 for England. |

I'll be running an online league that will work in conjunction with the fictional basketball I'm in. We've kinda got a pipe dream of having an entire online sports world, and probably will be adding an OOTP (and perhaps FHM) league as well, each with a different commissioner, then lining up the schedules so there's never any downtime. The league format itself will be probably 28 or 30 teams (I've already got 22 who are committed to playing and buying), fictional players, and teams from around the world, but largely concentrated in North America, and the year will be whatever year we happen to be in in the basketball league, which is finishing up the 2023 season right now.
