Promotion while injured bug in 5.14B

Ran into this last night while processing player movements during a sim.

A team wanted to promote an injured pitcher from AAA to the bigs. The player had a 5-week injury but was still at 70% so could concievably be used in games.

Upon trying to move the pitcher from AAA to the bigs, I got this message:

"Provencher cannot be demoted because he is injured!"

Note that I was actually trying to PROMOTE, not DEMOTE, the player. This is a bug.

Luckily, it has an easy workaround. Replace the 5.14B OOTP.EXE with the 5.10 OOTP.EXE, since 5.10 doesn't have this bug, make the move, then change back to 5.14B again.

I am guessing this is a side-effect of the code Markus recently put in to disallow demoting injured players from the DL to AAA in order to bypass the "refuse minors" clause. The check for an injured player should only be done one-way, when the player is being sent DOWN, not up.

Not a huge deal, but I wanted to report it; will put a copy in Troubleshooting & Tech Support.
