HS Leagues Not Importing

For whatever reason, the high school leagues I set up in OOTP20 are not showing up after the import to OOTP21. The NCAA and MLB/MiLB teams are all present, but not the HS leagues, which there are four of with about 500 teams. I uploaded both the OOTP20 and OOTP21 versions of the game in case you needed them for comparison to find out what went wrong.

Both files start with A Bell Life with the respective versions on each.

Okay, I stand corrected. The HS leagues have actually imported, but the league selection isn't showing up on the top header portion of OOTP21. The HS leagues are still accessible through League Settings.
